On Monday, September 30, Governor Newsom signed Assembly Bill 1775 into law, allowing licensed cannabis consumption lounges to sell and prepare non-cannabis-infused food, serve non-alcoholic beverages, and host ticketed events on-site at the licensed premises. This gives lounges in West Hollywood the ability to offer customers the option to consume cannabis while also enjoying freshly prepared food in the same establishment at the same time.
