The U.S. is coming up green with most states having some form of legal weed. Missourians have been legally possessing and consuming cannabis since December 2022, and over a year later, the state is becoming a hub of intriguing offerings. Most public cannabis consumption remains illegal in Missouri. The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services prohibits smoking, vaping, eating, or otherwise engaging with cannabis at dispensaries. People getting stoned elsewhere is out of their purview.
