He is the founder and CEO of Biopharmaceutical Research Company which is based out of Monterey, California. BRC is a a federally compliant specialty cannabis research company that holds several Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) licenses that allow it to engage in legal cannabis activities federally. BRC imported the first ever legal cannabis (containing THC) into the USA under DEA permit from the European Union and from Latin America and works closely with academic researchers and drug developers.
