Vape technology has changed and it is become a go-to discreet cannabis consumption method. For modern users, it easy to take to family events, hiking and more…and it has moved away from the d-bag image and more people use them. Here is how to vape using a pen correctly.

First check the charge. If you’re using a pen with a separate cartridge, make sure the battery is charged and turned on. Make sure the cartridge is tightly connected to the battery. Then set the temperature if possible. Some rechargeable batteries allow temperature control, so set the temperature as desired.

For the big moment inhale. Press the button and inhale, or simply inhale if the device has no buttons. Inhale low and slow to pace yourself and maximize cannabinoid intake. This also ensures you don’t overheat the cannabis oil and damage the concentrate.

When smoking weed, the paper goes through a combustion process that creates smoke and toxins associated with cancer and other illnesses. Bucking some is the rapper world, je avoided some aspects of the thug world, he startled and then endeared himself to fans with his deep friendship with style maven Martha Stewart. Popping up with her at Paris Fashion week, he lit up social media with his clothing style. Now, he has startled the public again with his leaning into the new admisntartion and performing at the inauguration.

Snoop Dogg, a cultural icon and cannabis enthusiast, has cemented his role as a leading figure in the cannabis industry through various ventures. He considers himself the Doggfather of the industry. Can his support help an administration which is looking at marijuana in a negative light? Thousands of mom and pop businesses are anxiously awaiting how the president and other leaders will move on helping the industry. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Congress have decisions to make to regularize the industry and allow small business to be profitable. Some of the agency nominees for the DEA, US Attorney General and more have expressed a negative take on the plant. Given the ability, House Speaker Mike Johnson would roll back legalization. Can Snoop help? He has a big stake in the outcome.

But is cannabis now the #1 sleep aid? More people are turning to marijuana for help, with promising results for those struggling with insomnia and other sleep disorders.

A recent study published in Exploration of Medicine revealed that over 80% of participants reported cannabis helps them relax their mind and body for sleep. Additionally, 56% said it helps them achieve deeper sleep, and 41% reported longer sleep duration. Sleep issues can interfere with work, relationships, driving, and more. It can lead to trouble learning, focusing, and reacting. Sleep deficiency also can make you feel frustrated, cranky, or worried in social situations.
