In my blog articles I address emerging and/or important legal issues affecting the cannabis industry and, when appropriate, analyze and discuss them in a way that I hope is helpful to readers and industry participants. I also try to steer the conversation about certain issues in such a way that it expands opportunities for cannabis and my clients’ interests. Although I usually obtain my “source material” from clients, news, and legal documents, I sometimes need outside help. This is where you come in.
In this blog post I am asking you to participate in a brief, anonymous survey. I intend to use the results to discuss the current direction that hemp is taking, to predict where it is headed, and to propose some policies that will help the industry going forward.
There are a few simple questions, and it should take you less than 5 minutes.
Please feel free to share this post. I hope to get a large and broad-based response. The bigger the response the better the data and analysis. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks in advance for your participation.
