  3. Press one sandwich together, and do the same with the other pair.

  4. Heat a pan on low heat with some butter, then slowly cook each side of the sandwich until it’s golden brown – around 3-4 minutes.

  5. Slice the sandwiches diagonally.

  6. Serve with a warm bowl of tomato soup or a salad.
