The City currently has one open Cultivation license and one open Non-storefront retail license for which applications will be accepted from March 27, 2023 to April 26, 2023. Updated applications and application procedures will be posted as soon as possible. Please send an email to cannabis@oceansideca.org if you wish to be notified when these materials have been posted. Applications will be accepted by appointment only.
The City will be accepting Manufacturing, Distribution, and Testing Lab applications in the fall. Actual dates are still to be determined. Applications will be accepted by appointment only.
