Oregon Senator Ron Wyden files a bill in the US Senate with the blessing of the hemp and cannabis THC industries collaboration and cooperation for dealing with the intoxicating hemp issue that has driven a wedge between the two fledgling billion dollar industries. The bill gives the FDA the footprint for the regulations they have ignored since the Farm Bill of 2018 that created a legal industry for the same plant.
