Chris began his career in the entertainment industry and eventually co-founded the legendary production company, The Shooting Gallery, an indie film company that has been credited with launching the indie film boom of the early 1990’s with such hits as Sling Blade and Laws of Gravity. He was an entrepreneur in film, music and tourism before entering the cannabis industry. His cannabis experience spans from launching a national CBD brand to helping to shape Vermont’s cannabis laws to consulting with Ben & Jerry’s and more.

The Associated Press and Tom Angell’s Marijuana Moment has broken the story that the DEA has rescheduled cannabis to schedule 3 of the CSA. THIS DOES NOT LEGALIZE THE PLANT OR DECIMINALIZE IT. It does rid the industry of the unjust 280E Tax code that didn’t allow the industry to write off business expenses that every other business.
