The agency says the grower had a significant amount of hemp that was “unlabeled”


One of the largest cannabis growers in Oklahoma back in business.

Cedric Gardens, one of dozens of licensed cannabis businesses Oklahoma’s Medical Marijuana Authority suspended its state permit, but a state judge reinstated it Monday, Fox 25 in Oklahoma City reports.

On Feb. 24, OMMA issued an emergency order that temporarily revoked Cedric Gardens’ cultivation permit, state documents show.

The agency alleges that the grower had a significant amount of cannabis that was “not marked” with the required tracking identifiers and “inconsistent” with the amount of product registered in the state’s seed-to-sale tracking.
