On Friday afternoon, The House of Representatives threw the hemp industry a curve. A last minute amendment to the 2024 Farm Bill got approved. If the bill does not change it could end the controversial Delta B and THC A market. Since the Farm Bill of 2018, these hemp derived intoxicants have established a billion dollar industry that is unregulated but widely distributed .
