If the bill does not change it could end the controversial Delta B and THC A market. Since the Farm Bill of 2018, these hemp derived intoxicants have established a billion dollar industry that is unregulated but widely distributed . This development crashed stock prices, and sent farmers and distributors, and probably a few smoke shop owners and convenience stores into a panic.
