Dan co-founded Ocean Grown Extracts along with his 2 siblings, which is housed in a very unique location in Coalinga, California… a former prison. The company is deeply committed to social justice. Their motto is “WE GROW WEED AT A PRISON TO HELP GET PEOPLE OUT OF PRISON FOR GROWING WEED”. They have recently launched their new cannabis brand, Evidence, which is packaged in evidence bags to highlight the irony of legal cannabis sales while over 40,000 prisoners are still serving time for cannabis convictions. $1 from every sale of Evidence is donated to The Last Prisoner Project.
